The Flint River Council, Boy Scouts of America is now offering online registration to meet the demand for digitally completing the entire registration process for youth and adult members.  Visit http://www.scouting.org/onlineregistration.aspx to access all of the resources available - like training videos and how to documents - to help you prepare.


To ensure a successful online registration  process there are a few things we need from you and  your unit. 

Here are the steps for you to take to prepare for online registration:

1.  Verify your registration status.  If you are not registered in the position you are holding, please contact your District Executive immediately so they can help facilitate an update to your unit.

2.  If you don't have a my.scouting.org accoung, create one.

3.  If you already have a my.scouting.org, verify that your membership ID number is linked to your account

4.  Review the Online Registration Unit Guidebook and follow the steps to setting up your unit leaders in my.scouting.org

5.  Set-up your units BeAScout.org pin, instructions on page 5-7 in the Online Registration Unit Guidebook

6.  Contact the Flint River Council (770-227-4556) and let us know you are ready for online registration to begin.
