Scouts BSA & Venture Crew Climbing and Rappelling Day!

February 20, 2021

Troops or individual Scouts are invited out to the Lawhorn Scouting Base for a full day of climbing and rappelling on our towers.

                                  

          

 

 

        

 

              Once you’re finished climbing spend the night in our platform tents in the Flint River Adventure Area.

 

              Scouts - $20 Climbing and includes one night Camping (either Friday or Saturday Evening)

              Adults - $5 Camping

              Camp both Friday and Saturday night 

 

 

Climbing will start Saturday at 9:00 am with check-in beginning at 8:30am

 

Choose from 2 times:

9-12pm or 1-5pm (There is no additional charge for choosing both time slots.)

*There is a mandatory safety briefing at 9am and 1pm. You must attend one of the safety briefings to be allowed on the climbing towers.

 

(Lunch will NOT be provided)

 

What to bring/ wear:

 

· Closed Toed Shoes (Athletic Shoes)

· Water Bottle

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by February 11, 2021 at 5:00pm will be eligible for a full refund. All cancellations after this date, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
