6th Annual Bobcat Day at Lawhorn Scouting Base!

9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

CALLING ALL NEW CUB SCOUTS!

Check-in Begins at 8:30 am at Chandler Waterfront at Camp Thunder. Rotations for your Bobcat Requirements will begin at 9:00am.

Earn your first rank advancement at Lawhorn Scouting Base during this great day of fun!  We will start off in the morning at the Chandler Waterfront at Camp Thunder, where every youth in attendance will work towards earning their Bobcat Rank!  This will include fun games, challenges, and more to reinforce the Promise, Oath and Motto along with the Cub Scout handshake, sign and salute!

Lunch will not be provided. Please remember to pack a lunch, and enjoy a picnic with your family. 

Lions are welcome to join us and fish at  Camp Thunder fishing lake.  Lets see who can catch the biggest fish!  Weather permitting, we will also be canoeing on Lake Ini-to.  Families are more than welcome to fish in the fishing lake, but you need to bring your own fishing gear.

Registration includes one night of camping.

Scouts will complete requirements 1-6 at Bobcat Day. Requirement 7 will be completed at home with a parent or guardian. Advancement letters will be given to each participant to turn into their pack for Rank Advancement.
