Honoring our top volunteers whose dedication and outstanding service has supported Scouting in 2023.  The highlight of the evening is the presentation of the 2023 Silver Beaver Award Honorees; Curran Bowen and John Gassett, NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award; Jay Fralish and Dr. James C. Sams and the Alumnus of the Year; Doug Hollberg.
