The Annual Council Banquet honoring Eagle Scouts and Silver Beaver Recipients is set for Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Fayetteville First Baptist Church. Registration begins at 6:00 PM and dinner begins at 6:30 PM.  The banquet will conclude no later than 8:30 PM. 

Each Eagle Scout who received his Eagle Rank in 2012 will receive a Flint River Council commemorative neckerchief provided by their sponsor.  198 Scouts earned the coveted Eagle Rank in the Flint River Council in 2012 and each of these young men deserve a Sponsor for this year's banquet.  Don't miss this opportunity to spend an evening getting to know one of the finest young people in our community.  The Sponsor Fee covers the cost of dinner for a sponsor and one Eagle Scout plus the cost of the neckerchief and slide presented to each Eagle Scout.

The Silver Beaver is the highest award the council can bestow on a local volunteer. Our newest recipients of this award will be announced and recognized at the banquet.
