DESCRIPTION:Ini-To Lodge Leader Development Conference \n  \n  \n  \n Our annual Lodge Leader Development Conference (LLD) will be held at the Flint River Adventure Area (Canoe Base) on November 6-8, 2026. The basic schedule for this event is: \n  \n  \n Friday:  Arrival/Check-in at Dining Hall begins at 6pm (eat before arrival); training begins promptly at 8:00 pm, followed by crackerbarrel social. \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Saturday:  Breakfast at 7:30 pm. Training resumes at 8:00 am, followed by lunch and closing training session. Departure at 2:30 pm from Dining Hall. \n  \n  \n There is no charge for the event but pre-registration is required.   \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n This training event is open to all members of Ini-To Lodge, and is mandatory for all incoming lodge and chapter officers. Additional info coming soon.  \n  \n  \n Please pass along this date to those in your chapter who should attend.
