Cub Scout Day Camp Online Registration

All applications must be turned into the Council Office, even if the unit uses Online Registration. Scouts without an actual signed application will not be allowed to attend Day Camp.

Online Registration is available by clicking on the button to the right. Please be sure to read the directions below to be able to easily use the Online Registration system.

Recent Change - be sure to select the Day Camp that your Scouts will be attending when logging in. You do this by selecting the correct event from the drop down box after entering your username and password.

Instructions for Online Registration Users

This program is designed for units to register their youth to attend a Flint River Council event.

For a unit that has not used the Online Registration program before, you will need to register your unit with a primary and secondary contact and then you will receive an email with your username and password.

To enter the Online Registration program, enter your assigned username and password and select the Event for which you are registering. Click on OK. Only click on New User if your unit has not registered to use the Online Registration program prior to this.

Should you need to reset your password, please email webmaster@flintrivercouncil.org . Password resets can only be requested by the unit leader, committee chair or primary contact listed in the database.

You must have pop-ups enabled for the site to be able to use the program.

Upon entering the site you will have the choice to use several different screens.

Registration
Choose either youth or adult. Upon making that choice you will be directed to a screen to enter a new person. Please enter all of the information requested. You will need to have all of the information for each youth and adult when you begin this process. Clickin on the submit button will register your Scouts for Day Camp. Click on the submit button only one time, and please allow the screen to clear before adding another person.

Payments
You will be able to see your payments and what you owe and make a payment through Pay Pal if you wish. All applications and fees must be receipted at the Scout Office no later than May 9 to recieved the early bird fee.

Class Schedule
You will be able to see the youth and adults registered for your event and print that list.
