V-Force
What a great start to our new volunteer effort. V Force members provided valuable hours of service during the Fall Round Up, the Council Popcorn sale, and the recharter season.
A big Flint River Council thank you to our charter members:
Melissa & Carolyn Ingram, Laura Lovell, Cathy Stearns, and Norma Willoughby.
V Force members assist the Council Service Center during peek times with program materials, printing, mailings, data entry and other clerical duties. This team is utilized on an as needed basis and tasks are completed during the working day. No evenings or weekends required. Tasks are assigned according to skills so if you are willing to serve we have a place for you. Members who volunteer to work a 4 hours shift receive a limited edition “Retro” council strip modeled after the Council’s original red flat top CSP.
