CONGRATULATIONS TO NOAH PARSON!!!

The Camp Card Top Seller is Noah Parson. While Noah was in Pack 66 in McDonough, GA he sold a total of 465 camp cards.  Noah has now crossed-over to Boy Scouts with Troop 162 in Tussahaw District. Noah has chosen the iPad as his prize.

Noah went with his grandmother to Walgreens where he asked the manager if he could sell camp cards at the store.  The manager gave his permission to Noah and let Noah know that he was a former Scout himself.  Noah also asked for permission at Lowes and was able to sell there too.  Noah also sold Camp Cards to his school teachers, at his church and to his friends and neighbors. 

Pack 66 had 5 Scouts, including Noah, to sell camp cards at the Geranium Festival in McDonough.  Noah said the hardest part about that was getting people to stop to tell them about the Camp Cards.  Noah came up with a great idea and began to shout “Free Chick-fil-A” to get people’s attention.  The idea worked!  Good job, Noah and again, congratulations!

11th CampScholarship Winner Announced 5.24.10 

Cub Scout Kellett Hoover from Pack 66 in the Tussahaw District.  Congratulations Kellett!

Kellett has sold close to 100 cards.  Kellett was able to sell cards in his neighborhood and he also sold camp cards at the Geranium Festival in McDonough.

10th Camp Scholarsip Winner Announced 5.17.10

Boy Scout Preston Chandler from Troop 47 in the Coweta District is the 10th Camp Card Weekly Scholarship Winner.  Congratulations Preston!

Preston sold 30 camp cards to teachers, family and friends.

9th Camp Scholarsip Winner Announced 5.10.10  

Boy Scout Brendan Esposito from Troop 1168 in the Tussahaw District.  Congratulations Brendan!

Brendan went with his parents and sold his cards in his neighborhood.  He also sold cards to his family and friends of his parents.  His father also helped him by selling cards to his co-workers.

8th Camp Scholarsip Winner Announced 5.3.10

Boy Scout Brad Cobb from Troop 47 in the Coweta District is the 8th Camp Card Weekly Scholarship Winner.  Congratulations Brad!

Brad was able to sell camp cards to family and friends and his parent sold some at their work.

7th Camp Scholarship Winner 4.26.10

Boy Scout Tyler Davis of Troop 11 in Ronotohachi District is the 7th Camp Card Weekly Scholarship winner.   Congratulations Tyler!

Tyler sold cards at his church, his mom and dad sold some at work but most of his sales came from his school.

6th Camp Scholarship Winner 4.19.10

Boy Scout Matthew Boyce of Troop 175 in Fayette District is the 6th Camp Card Weekly Scholarship winner.   Congratulations Matthew!

5th Camp Scholarship Winner 4.12.10

Boy Scout Kirklen Britt of Troop 2193 in Coweta District is the 5th Camp Card Weekly Scholarship winner. Congratulations Kirklen!

Kirklen has now sold 30 camp cards!  Kirklen’s methods have included selling at church and mom's work.

Cub Scout William Lockridge of Pack 179 in Fayette District is the 4th Camp Card Weekly Scholarship winner. Congratulations William!

3rd Camp Scholarship Winner 3.29.2010

Cub Scout Andrew Dantzler of Pack 75 in Fayette District is the 3rd Camp Card Weekly Scholarship winner. Congratulations Andrew!

Andrew has sold over 20 cards!  Andrew’s methods have included, Door to Door sales, friends and family, and a visit to Mom’s work. 

2nd Camp Scholarship Winner 3.22.2010

Cub Scout Sean Murphy of Pack 66 in Tussahaw District is the 2nd Camp Card Weekly Scholarship winner.   Congratulations Sean!

Sean has now sold 26 camp cards! Sean's strategy, focus on neighbors and family.  Sean found that when he asked "How many cards would you like?" he got individuals to purchase more than one card.
